Oh My!

I have owned this product for almost two years. This week I got out of the cart and bumped into the Phone Caddy a tad to hard. It fell and the buckle broke. I almost threw it away. I came home from the course and took a chance i could buy a strap. I called they picked up immediately and said no problem, we will send you out a repair kit. Oh My, I just got the mail and I think the strap is even stronger than before. Who does this kind of customer service? Great company! Highly recommend.

Received this quickly n it was all as advertised. Just make sure n snug the strap tightly n remember to take it off the cart when done.
Holds my phone nicely.
