My Phone will not stay on the magnet.
Cannot use for fear i will lose the phone.

I received order #82099 for the magnetic phone mount and was very impressed with its quality. I was excited to try it out; however, I encountered an issue. My current protective case is made of hard rubber, and the adhesive ring provided does not stick to it. I removed the case, attached the adhesive ring directly to the phone, and then replaced the cover, but now the magnet is not strong enough to hold the phone to the mount.

I would appreciate some advice on how to resolve this issue or a return label if necessary. I was really looking forward to using this item, as it looks very sturdy. I look forward to your response. Thank you!

So far it’s been great. I have played five rounds at different courses there were a couple. I had some rough terrain as well. It’s handled it like a champ. Thanks again guys.

Speaker and magnetic phone holder were purchased and are AMAZING! THANK YOU SO MUCH MY HUSBAND LOVES THEM!!
